Sunday September 9, 2012, was a pleasant day, warm and with the usual Provençal sun shining along the Puget-Théniers to Annot line. The regular Train des Pignes à Vapeur was loading passengers at Puget-Théniers.
A big party of dancers and musicians from a village was also on the train. All were dressed in traditional costumes. They added a colorful and entertaining touch to the usual railway atmosphere. The musisicians played and the beautiful girls of all ages performed traditional dances on the platform at the stations. A real fiesta.
